Purpose
Quick-detach adapter for thermal devices with straight/in-line minirail interface
Typical Devices: FLIR Breach, InfiRay MH25, and other in-line minirail optics
Platforms: Helmet (with Falconclaw QDB) • Rifle (with Falconclaw QDF) • Standalone (with Falconclaw QDM)
Compatibility & Heights
Adapters: Fully compatible with Falconclaw QDF (weapon flip mount), QDB (helmet bridge), and QDM (quick detach mount)
Optical Centerline (with QDF): When a device is mounted on the QDF using this QDA (Minirail – Straight), the optical centerline is 1.63″ / 41 mm measured from the top of the rail.
Example: FLIR Breach or MH25 + QDA (Minirail – Straight) + QDF → 1.63″ / 41 mm centerline.
Unity 2.26″ Setup: To line up with Unity standard height (2.26″ / 57.4 mm) optics, install a Unity accessory riser under the QDF.
