We want it to be easy to complete an order with TactX. However, sometimes unforeseen problems can arise. To ensure that everything goes as planned, follow these simple tips:
- Check your shopping cart carefully: Check the number of items and that you have selected the correct variant. Many products are available in several colors or sizes, for example. If you discover an error after adding items to your shopping cart, please contact us as soon as possible. We can often adjust your order before it is packed and shipped.
- Choose the appropriate delivery option: Consider which delivery method suits you best in terms of speed, cost, and distance to the pickup point.
- Enter the correct address: Use the full street name without abbreviations such as “gt” or “ve.” We strongly recommend that you enter both your email address and mobile phone number—this makes it easier to track your package.
To avoid delays in delivery, make sure your name and address are clearly visible on your door or mailbox. If the mailbox is too small or the name is not easily legible, the package may instead be delivered to a delivery point.
Export and import
Please note that we deliver from Norway. We ship internationally, and have to navigate an array of import rules. We try to make it as simple as possible for you, but please note the following.
- For your convenience only, prices may be shown in your local currency (including VAT). At checkout however, you will be charged the equivalent amount in NOK (Norwegian Kroner). The price will not change.
- All orders are shipped from Norway.
- For orders to the EU that total less than £150 – You pay VAT to us and will not have to pay VAT upon import and delivery.
- For orders to the EU that total more than £150 – You do not pay VAT when ordering. Instead, VAT and applicable import fees will be collected upon import by UPS or your local postal service.
- For orders to the UK: Same rules applies as for EU-destinations, except threshold value is £135 (GBP).
- To all other available International destinations for any order amount: You will not be charged Norway VAT when ordering. Instead, you will be charged VAT/Sales Tax and any applicable import fees upon import by UPS or your local postal service. Note that we ship to many countries and cannot advice on what your import fees will be. Please consult with online resources provided by your country's import authority. This is important to keep in mind, as your order may become significantly more expensive than what you expected.
Some items in the online store require an export license for delivery outside Norway. These items are highlighted in green in your shopping cart. We will help you with the process. Receipts and invoices
You will receive a purchase receipt sent to your email address after placing your order. This receipt is your proof of purchase for tax purposes. You can later download a PDF version from your account. Log in with the email address you used for the purchase. Go to “My orders” to see all orders linked to this address. Can't find your order? Try logging in with another email address you may have used previously.
