We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date. This applies to both online and in-store purchases. For standard returns, no prior contact is needed—unless you have questions.

Self-Service Returns: Faster and Simpler

Log in here with your purchase email address here. Select the order and items to return, then click "Request Return." We'll review your request within 1–2 business days and notify you by email. Do not ship until we have approved the return.

Terms and Conditions

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with undamaged products and original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories (e.g., batteries, manuals, cables, inner packaging).
  • You may perform basic functional tests (e.g., insert batteries, power on), but avoid assembly, outdoor use, or testing with other equipment that could cause wear.
  • Clothing: May be tried on, but must show no signs of use. Do not remove labels until you've decided to keep it.
  • Perishables: Food, drinks, and similar items cannot be returned.
  • Chemicals: Lubricants, cleaners, and glues (in any packaging) cannot be returned.
  • Sterile items: Cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
  • Hygiene items: Electronics with broken seals, earplugs, and headphones cannot be returned.
  • Labels and packaging: All original labels must remain intact. Do not write on, glue, or affix return labels directly to the item's packaging.

Non-compliance may reduce your refund by the item's diminished value or lead to rejection. We'll email you with options for a smooth resolution.

Shipping Costs

International shipping fees are non-refundable due to high re-import costs into Norway (which often exceed the original fee). Exceptions apply only for our gross negligence, such as damaged or incorrect items.

You cover return shipping—use any carrier you prefer. For exchanges:

  • We'll send a payment link for price differences (minus original shipping + new shipping).
  • Credits go to your original payment method.

How to Return Items

Pack in original, intact packaging inside a sturdy cardboard box (hard items) or plastic envelope (soft items). You're responsible for damage until we receive it—international shipments face more transit risks. Reuse the original box? Remove or cross out old labels.

Insurance

You're liable for the item until delivery. For valuable goods (e.g., optics), arrange your own transport insurance—we strongly recommend it.

Important: Exporting Gun Parts

Norwegian export rules for gun parts are strict, as are those in most destination countries. If your original order needed an export permit, you'll likely need one to return it. Contact your local authorities for permit details—we can't assist. You bear all associated costs. Never ship restricted items without a permit; they may be seized and destroyed.
