We ship to most international destinations as parcel post or with UPS. Please note that we ship from Norway, so import duties and VAT may apply to your order upon import. If VAT is not quoted in the total during checkout, it will be collected by your postal provider or UPS prior to delivery. Shipping rates are quoted during checkout and are based on weight and volume. If you need a shipping quote, add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your delivery address to view all available options and prices. Our shipping calculator only works for orders up to 20 kg. If you want to place a large order, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is packed and ready for shipment. Note that it may take up to a couple of days for the tracking information to update for the first time.

If your country does not appear in the list of available shipping destinations in checkout, contact us and we will add your country.

Parcel Tracking

You can track your shipments using the tracking link sent to you by email. The link is also accessible when you log in to your customer account.

Delayed Delivery?

Delays and other issues with the carrier are unfortunately largely beyond our control. We very rarely experience packages disappearing en route, and in most cases, the problem resolves itself after a couple of days. If you encounter an unreasonable delay and we haven't already notified you that we're addressing it, please contact us directly. If you've received a message from UPS regarding payment of import duties, note that this must be completed first for the parcel to be delivered. For problems related to pickup from parcel lockers, contact your local postal service or UPS directly.
