The DRAGON EGG ENLARGED® backpack is an expanded 30-liter version of Direct Action's best-selling Dragon Egg Backpack. This spacious bag is suitable for both everyday use and as a 3-day patrol bag.
Durable materials and modular design
The backpack is made from a combination of Cordura® 500D and laser-cut laminate. The front, sides and waist belt are partially covered with a laser-cut, MOLLE/PALS-compatible system for full modularity. A soft velour-lined pocket at the front is suitable for glasses, and a Velcro panel at the front allows for easy customization.
Practical storage and organization
The main compartment has a zippered mesh pocket for small items. The front compartment is equipped with an organizer to keep equipment tidy, including small radios. The backpack has two pockets for a hydration system – one inside and one outside with a zipper on the back. The rear pocket, lined with soft foam, can also be used for secure storage of a tablet or laptop up to 15 inches. The side pockets hold water bottles or smaller items.
Comfort and flexibility
Contoured shoulder straps and a removable hip belt ensure stable and comfortable carrying, even during dynamic activities. The hip belt can be used separately with an extra pair of lightweight shoulder straps included. The pull handle is made of paracord, which can be detached in an emergency to provide 5.5 meters of rope.
