Out in the field, every unnecessary item weighs double. That’s why we created the Numbat Small – a compact version of our proven chest pack. For those who know exactly what they need – and carry nothing more. A solution that works when mobility, low weight, and quick access to your gear are essential. In the city, out in the wild, or on the move.

You can easily convert the chest pack into a waist pack – just unclip the harness and hide the buckles. It’s a practical solution, especially for travel and everyday use.

Inside you’ll find an organizer and a removable map panel you can carry separately. The back panel is lined with soft velour – it fits any insert from the VIS system.

Helikon-Tex has optimized the classic Numbat’s construction. The Numbat Small is lighter, more compact, and thanks to its new feature – it also works as a waist pack.
