Description
Black long-sleeved shirt reinforced with Dupont™ Kevlar® provides protection against cuts from knives and sharp objects, as well as bites, pinches, rips and scratches.
This shirt is ideal for those who want to maintain a low profile while being protected against potential threats in professions such as security guards, doormen, police or in the healthcare sector. The shirt is also suitable for civilians who want extra security in everyday life.
The shirt is comfortable, warm and suitable for cooler weather. The Kevlar® lining provides protection against cuts, tears, punctures and bites up to Level 3, in accordance with the EN388:2003 standard.
BITE PROTECTION: The product has been tested for puncture resistance and has achieved Level 2, which means it protects against bites, tears and pinching. The shirt's high tear resistance of Level 2 makes it highly durable, providing longevity and economic benefit.
KNIFE PROTECTION: The product protects against knife injuries, but is not classified as stab-proof. For stab-resistant clothing, harder protection available in the online store is recommended.
Levels of protection
- Resistance to knife cuts (method 6.2): Level 3
- Tear resistance (method 6.3): Level 2
- Puncture resistance (method 6.4): Level 2
Note that this product is cut, bite and scratch resistant, but not classified as puncture resistant.
Washing and maintenance
- Machine wash cold (30°C)
