Shipping policy
Delivery of goods from TactX.no/se/dk to the buyer takes place in the manner, at the place and at the time specified in the order solution in the online store.
The TactX online store is operated by Rygir AS. All goods are sent from Stavanger in Norway. TactX delivers to Norway, Sweden, Denmark and other European countries.
When the buyer orders for export to a country other than Norway, VAT (Value Added Tax) is not charged. The recipient is himself responsible for customs processing and outlays for VAT/VAT, customs and other taxes/fees in connection with importation to a country other than Norway.
Domestic delivery time (Norway) is usually between 1-4 working days after the order has been paid. During periods of heavy traffic, e.g. in connection with holidays, the delivery time may increase somewhat. Delivery time to Denmark and Sweden is usually 3-7 days. Delivery to other countries is usually 1-2 weeks. TactX is not responsible for delays with our transport provider.
PostNord is TactX's preferred transport provider, but other transport providers can be used depending on availability, delivery time and cost.
If the delivery time is not stated in the order solution, TactX must deliver the goods to the buyer within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days after the order from the customer.
TactX is obliged to have the goods transported to the destination in a suitable manner and under normal conditions for such transport.
The place of destination is the buyer's address or nearest delivery point, unless otherwise separately agreed between the parties.
