Until 1 November, we are closing our online store for necessary maintenance and upgrades to both the store and warehouse. With limited resources, we unfortunately have to prioritise, so new orders cannot be accepted during this period. Existing orders will be shipped as usual.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. TactX has experienced tremendous growth, but we have noticed that our resources are stretched thin and that customer satisfaction has not always been as high as we would like. We are therefore taking a short break from order processing to focus on a little rust removal, oiling the machinery and fine-tuning the mechanics that ensure up-to-date inventory, faster order processing and first-class customer communication. Think of it as a shooter taking a step back after poor match results to evaluate and come back stronger.
We hope and believe that this effort will give you an even better shopping experience, with room for an even wider range of products and an online store that mirrors the warehouse with surgical precision. You can still browse the shop, but you cannot add items to your basket or place orders.
