This correctly places weight on your hips and allows you to move more efficiently over long distances. Robust air-mesh padding on the harness promotes airflow and regulates your body temperature by dissipating heat as you move. Elevated load lifters allow you to adjust the pack's angle and bring the top of the pack closer to your center of gravity.
